Unsanitary Conditions!!!

I have been going to this nail salon for 15 years and besides the fact of their unsanitary and dirty work conditions and that most of the people working there are illegal citizens they are very rude ungrateful and mean to their customers. They run the place like a factory and is very subpar in the quality department and customer service. The manager, a man who is disgustingly rude to most of the customers, embarrassed me in front of the whole salon saying that I need to give more tips to the workers. The tip that I was leaving them for the service provided manicure pedicure was beyond fair as I always tip everybody when I go there. He told me no you need to give more. As you understand, tipping is customary but not mandatory anywhere and I've seen him do this many times before demanding customers to give his employees more tips. I would expect health inspectors to go and check out this place. I'm sure you've gotten many complaints before and also citations should be given for their unsanitary conditions and also there a terrible customer service expectations and treatment.
