Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

The leads "generated" are fake, 5 out of every 10 leads are false numbers, I've heard of many people that get charged for leads that they never contacted, happened to me, after I stopped using angi, I get a card in the mail saying I'm subject to pay $1,500.00 for leads that were sent to me Resolution Sought Shut down, everyone I've heard that talks about Angi leads always has a negative outcome, "leads are too expensive" "leads are fake" "I get charged for every lead even if I don't contact" I want my "balance" to disappear and leave me alone

We have followed up with Alejandro regarding his account and a resolution to resolve his concerns. We are waiting for a follow-up from him to the recent offer proposed to him. We ask that Alejandro please respond to the email we sent from angiplatformintegrity@angi.com on March 29, 2024. We hope to have this matter resolved shortly.

Hired a plumber for a pump installation. 1st day he came stayed 6 hours and didn't do anything. 2nd day Stayed until 3.am. left the water leaking out of more than 10 gallons per hour. Call Angie's list 4 times and keep getting the runaround. They was supposed to call me back all 4 times and not a word. Was supposed to send someone to fix it but nobody showed up. The guy who did come was not a licensed plumber and live in his truck. Resolution Sought Want my leak fixed. Don't want money.. I just want what I paid for.

We have been in touch with the consumer and have attempted to start the claims process. Customer responded that he filed a claim with BBB. Customer was informed if he wants assistance he can continue with the claim process.
