The leads "generated" are fake, 5 out of every 10 leads are false numbers, I've heard of many people that get charged for leads that they never contacted, happened to me, after I stopped using angi, I get a card in the mail saying I'm subject to pay $1,500.00 for leads that were sent to me Resolution Sought Shut down, everyone I've heard that talks about Angi leads always has a negative outcome, "leads are too expensive" "leads are fake" "I get charged for every lead even if I don't contact" I want my "balance" to disappear and leave me alone

Hired a plumber for a pump installation. 1st day he came stayed 6 hours and didn't do anything. 2nd day Stayed until 3.am. left the water leaking out of more than 10 gallons per hour. Call Angie's list 4 times and keep getting the runaround. They was supposed to call me back all 4 times and not a word. Was supposed to send someone to fix it but nobody showed up. The guy who did come was not a licensed plumber and live in his truck. Resolution Sought Want my leak fixed. Don't want money.. I just want what I paid for.
