Me and my wife we took our tax papers to the office and we were told that we were getting over $4000 back but the lady did some fraud and we got a letter from the state that we're not getting anything back. Her name is Martha Anguiano and she is the owner of this office. I went to the city of Waukegan but they told me that I have to pay $330 for law suit and we were supposed to move from the place 3 months ago from today. We been trying to contact her and every time she said she will fix the problem and call us back but she never did and honestly we don't know what to do with her. Thanks for understanding. Resolution Sought We need our money from her business because she didn't do her job the right way.

Company Response

Mr. Touma did come and files Taxes with me. For 2021 he owes Fed -$$121 and state $-13 2020 tax return refund of Fed $971 and state $224 For 2019 tax return refund $825 and state $142. I never told him he was getting over $4000. It was hard getting hold of him, he came and dropped off his paper work came in and out. Finally we got to sign and maile past years returns. His 2021 was efiled electrically and were accepted by IRS on 5/12/2022. I always take care of my client the best as I know. He dropped of some letter from the state on July 2022, but I have not heard from him to discuss this letter. If there's an error I'm certainly more than happy to help. If he feels there's money due to him, he should contact the IRS as they would only discuss with tax payers. His taxes are plain and simply with no dependents. He said he received all his stimulus money so they were not claimed on tax returns. He was kind of disappointed that he was not getting more money back, I explained he has no other credits due to him like dependents etc. If there's any thing else I can assist you please contact me same manner. Thank you Martha Anguiano

She did not do her job and I paid her $300 cash and me and my wife were supposed to get around $5000 for 2019-2020-2021 tax refund. We only got two checks for $242+1026 and I need to get the rest of the money from her. She need to fix the problem she did and I need every penny we lost because of her.
