Make People Aware!!!!

Absolutely disgusted!!! I am a owner of a 3 year old female Bulldog that was a rescue. I took her in to Katie's office on 3/21/22 concerned about a urinary tract infection. She showed signs of discomfort and was well off her heat cycle but was still leaking brown discharge from her lower area. Katie insisted we do bloodwork, a heart xray and a hip xray. I was given a lot of information and asked if I could put the breeder on the phone who originally bred my dog before I got her from the previous owner. Dr. Katie told me with an additional charge. She didn't have time for this shit. Exact words. Then proceeded to say Breeders don't care they get a few grand a pup then the owners are left with a whole lot of problems. I spent 361.00, paid in full and left with a list of problems she wrote on a paper and NO uti medication. While leaving I was told my dog tested positive for Lyme disease and had an ear infection. Blood work would be sent out The next day which was Tuesday 3/22/22 the next day I rushed my dog to a NEW vet and they tested the discharge and listened to me. My dog had PYOMETRA. Her uterus was infected and the brown discharge was pus. I was told it was open so that's why she was leaking. If it had been closed my dog could of died or I would have spent about 1500$ for an emergency surgery! When my new vet called Dr Katie my dogs blood results STILL were not sent out! The next day after call Katie's office she called me. Never apologized and would refund any money
