These people that work here are unprofessional and not nice to their customers. That's not professional.

I walked in as a new customer and I signed my name on the sign in sheet. I waited for 1 hour to be told that I couldn't be serviced. The young lady was very unprofessional, she never said hello just asked who signed in last and told me I couldn't be seen. She was very rude and unprofessional. Her name was Han.
They speak in their language and that's not supposed to happen when you have customers that don't speak your language. That's not professional.
