In march 2022 I brought my vehicle into antelope valley Nissan for overheating and water sloshing noise it was making in the dash board also my engine light had come on. They informed me they were going to check it for possible blown head gasket I have a voice message from the advisor . After everything was said and done the advisor told me they replaced the thermostat and the coolant cap they charged me alittle over $800. I went to pick the vehicle up after the repairs they called me stating the vehicle was fine there was NO blown head gasket I have a voicemail as proof they told me the head gasket was not blown . Me being the customer I assumed they tested my car and did everything proper . So I picked the vehicle up and drove it a good amount of miles and then my engine light turns back on. I took it back immediately. The dealer called me and told me I had a blown head gasket they did a leak down test which they provided for free because they failed to do it in the first place only reason they provided it for free because I got into a argument with the service manager stating the vehicle was having the same issues as when I brought it in so I told them why would I have to pay for anything when it was never properly fixed . Kim Richardson the main manager told me they were trying to save me money so they never did the leak down test. I have tried contacting him even called corporate to resolve the issue he never calls back . I have now filed a small claims . Resolution Sought I want them to pay us back all the money we had to pay due to negligent repairs on their part . As a customer how would I have known they didn't properly inspect the vehicle . I tried getting their insurance phone number to see if they would pay us back for the dealer's negligence but the service manager Stacy said she didn't have the number and Tim Richardson would call me back but he never did . Their corporate also tried getting the number from the dealership and failed . Im being ignored
