Anthem Tax Services complaints

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY. When I started this journey a year and a half ago with Anthem I was audited and owed the irs $17000. Upon my initial call to Anthem they were told what my income was and all details of my life. They assured me they could get the amount I owed to the irs reduced and I believed them. I paid them $2500 fee for their services and the process began. I sent them millions of papers as requested from banks, mortgage, paystubs etc numerous times over the past year and a half. Fast forward to today and due to the year and a half passing (where it took them to finalize my case) I now owe $22000 to the irs because of penalties and late fees. They tell me that all they can do is set up payments for me of $300 for the next 6 years to the irs. THIS IS THE EXACT THING I COULD HAVE DONE MYSELF A YEAR AND A HALF AGO AND WOULD HAVE OWED $5000 less. So due to Anthem not only do I owe the irs what I originally owed them, I now owe then $5000 more because of penalties plus the $2500 I paid Anthem originally for their services. THIS IS AN ESTIMATE OF WHAT I PAID TO ANTHEM TAX SERVICES. without explaining the entire operations to me. I started getting calls from a Monetery services who threatened to report me to the credit bureau. when i asked Anthem who this company was Kurt could not tell me. Monetery states they collect the money from me to pay Anthem. if that is the case and i was paying them along with giving anthem $500 who has failed to do anything with my taxes, Anthem knows my taxes are in jeopardy, I signed a power of attorney form for them to represent me. and since February to now. my taxes have not been touch. I had to put out more money to another company to get me out of debt. Money that i just don't have. I asked monetery to my money back and the stated because i have a contract I'm obligated to pay. it's Anthem that is in breach of contract. they ignore my texts which i have copies of all text, they say they will call back and they don't. I just need to move on before with another company before i lose everything. I've sat because the owner Jake to me to do nothing else until i hear from him. I never heard from him instead I get a call from Kurt who ignores my calls and text as well. now as of 8/17/21 i'm getting another certified letter from IRS.....if Anthem did something moved and worked on my case even the with POA i signed giving Anthem permission to represent me....then i should not have received a letter from IRS this letter is proof that they did nothing Resolution Sought i just want my money back i need it to pay another company.. I want the contract voided. I want my money back all of it. before I seek the help if an attorney. I cannot delete the star showing but Anthem gets no stars from me.
