BUYERS BEWARE is all I can say, It started back in Oct 2023 when I hired anthem tax services to be my retainer and help settle my back taxes with the IRS. I have paid about $7,800 for my back taxes settlement for about 3 years, as well as tax filing for the year 2023. Then, I was told they're gonna wait for my 2023 tax return before they start their settlement with the IRS. Fast forward to March 2024, my tax return was filed and I was asked for an additional 3k+ to settle tax year 2023. I have submitted all forms by April and I was told they'll wait for the transcripts from the IRS. May came and I was told transcript came in and they will start making a proposal or crunching numbers for the settlement. June, July, August passed, It's already November and I haven't gotten any updates. I mean how long do you have to review numbers for the proposal? I should have read the BBB reviews first before I hired this company and should've went with a local attorney here in Texas. This is such a disappointment, lack of communication and I'm not sure if there was any work done for the $11,300 I paid. I've been given the runaround so many times, Whenever I call my case manager I get the she's in meeting excuse or she's already out of the office. Service has definitely been very BAD, not sure if I got scammed or not BUT it definitely feels like it. The Resolution I Need is a Full Refund so I can use the funds to hire a REAL Tax attorney local in my area. Refund is the only resolution I want Resolution Sought Full Refund.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY. When I started this journey a year and a half ago with Anthem I was audited and owed the irs $17000. Upon my initial call to Anthem they were told what my income was and all details of my life. They assured me they could get the amount I owed to the irs reduced and I believed them. I paid them $2500 fee for their services and the process began. I sent them millions of papers as requested from banks, mortgage, paystubs etc numerous times over the past year and a half. Fast forward to today and due to the year and a half passing (where it took them to finalize my case) I now owe $22000 to the irs because of penalties and late fees. They tell me that all they can do is set up payments for me of $300 for the next 6 years to the irs. THIS IS THE EXACT THING I COULD HAVE DONE MYSELF A YEAR AND A HALF AGO AND WOULD HAVE OWED $5000 less. So due to Anthem not only do I owe the irs what I originally owed them, I now owe then $5000 more because of penalties plus the $2500 I paid Anthem originally for their services. Resolution Sought Refund my $7500
