I had the front spouting replaced by this company and they charged me $400.00. A few weeks later I had them out to put a slope on the back spouting. It didn't need replaced. This time they charged me $350. When I questioned them about the amount compared to the front they became belligerent. I asked if they had me confused with another customer and they assured me they didn't. The job in the back that they charged me $350 required no parts of any kind and they were only here about 20 minutes. I thought it was excessive. So I'm filling a complaint for over charging. I certainly hope it doesn't have anything to do with me being a widow and 75 years old but I see no valid reason for that high charge. Resolution Sought I paid the $350 but I think some of it should be refunded to me because I was grossly over charged for the back spouting.

She apparently felt we charged too much to re pitch her back gutter, I believe it was $350. Our very first encounter w Jean, she had us out to replace her front gutter and we charged her $450. Based on that visit, she felt the $350 to just re pitch her back gutter, was too much, in comparison to what we did on our first visit. I tried to explain there are minimum charges with this type of work. That the men that came out need compensated for not only their time, but their experience, craftsmanship and tools. I apologized she felt that way and asked to re consider her complaint. But she didn't. . All we did differently on the first trip was run like a 15' piece of gutter and put it up. We stay busy because we carry a value, people appreciate the fact that they can call me, and know the issue is going to get rectified.
