Placed order #1624221 in December 2021. Was told item was on backorder. Told in emails and on their website I could cancel order at any time for refund. Order was cancelled on 6/24/22 and was told it would be 3-4 weeks for refund check as they could not refund on my credit card. Contacted them on the 4th week after cancellation and was told check would go out on Friday. Contacted them over the past 3 weeks and keep getting told check will go out on Friday. It's now coming up on 7 weeks since order was cancelled. Checking reviews this seems to be a common practice of this company with consumers never receiving their refund(s) Resolution Sought Legitimate and valid refund of $1396.74

We are very aware of the refund case with the complainant and we will resolve this issue as soon as possible. The refund check will be mailed next week's Friday as we explained to the customer. Please give us a bit more time.

I was told again 10 days ago that a check was going out on Friday 9/2. I checked today, 9/5, and was told unfortunately that the check did not go out and would be marked for urgent. Still NO REFUND CHECK 10 weeks after I was first told it was first going to be sent.

Over 12 months have gone by since I placed order. 6 months since I canceled order ( because they didn't send it) and they said they would send a check via mail because their " credit card processor was down " ( yea right.) It's been 6 months with multiple calls and online chats, with 2 promises that they were " sending another check out tomorrow" months have gone by, there is no check and never will be. Resolution Sought They need to REFUND but they won't, so they need to be brought to criminal justice. I'm not the only one
