I was cursed out by a delivery driver because he got lost and he called and I was giving him directions. I was outside and I was speaking loud so he could hear me and as he accused me if being belligerent to him, which I wasn't he proceeded to. give me the worse cussing out I have ever received in my entire life with a horrific vocabulary of F words. I called back and told the manager at the Sensony Road location in Winchester VA. The manager took up for him telling me he was a very nice guy. I told her also to keep the money and I will never order from them again. I was rather loud then because I was very angry from being cursed out. I did tell the manager over the phone I wanted my money credited back to my VCard. I will never order a pizza from them again. I have ordered from Sensony Rd Anthony's in Winchester for over 6 months now but not now. What really made me angry is the manager over the phone took up for him. I don't know if complaining will do any good. Resolution Sought Reprimand the individual that cursed me out. I have never been cursed out so badly in my entire life and I'm 62 yrs old. Please don't fire him but he must be disciplined. Credit back on the card.
