CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Our cable service is terrible, the audio cuts in an out sometimes every 10 to 15 seconds. This problem has been going on for months, when I call them I get the same story. They are working on it but can't isolate the problem and then when I got my bill for this month the rates increased by 17 dollars. I asked for a credit on my bill but was told they couldn't do anything about that. This problem affects all of their customers not just us, everyone is complaining about it. If they can't fix it they should just admit it. We need cable but they shouldn't be allowed to charge so much for bad service. Resolution Sought I would like my cable bill cut in half until they fix the problem, that might get them to work a little harder on the problem.
