Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 bundle for $700 on 6/25/25. After taxes and shipping, it's $749.05. FedEx states my package was delivered but after some investigating the package was picked up at the sorting center by someone else. I have since filed a police report and am working with the local sorting center. Antonline refuses to file a claim against the package even after I showed them I filed a police report and FedEx confirmed it was never delivered to me. Unfortunately I cannot file a dispute with FedEx, only the seller can. All I need is for them to file the dispute and they will not. I have since disputed the charge with my bank as well since they are refusing the remedy the situation. Resolution Sought I would like a refund. At this point I would not trust Antonline to send me another item ever again since they refuse to work with their customers.
