This dealership has not provided me with my tags or any information. I have gone back and forth with them about just sending me the proper information to register the vehicle by my self. It has been over 6 months now, I have paid for everything I needed they have all the information they need. They've recently contacted me asking for more money for my tags after already asking me for the same thing that I have already paid for twice already. I have told them I am not comfortable giving them any more money without proof of where the money goes and they have gone silent on me again. I've had an associate of there's physically threaten me over text messages because I displayed my frustration and asked for an ETA on my tags. This place is full of intimidating individuals and I just need my plates because I've been receiving tickets and tows left and right. They are holding my title and tags hostage with everything provided both money and information. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for my tags and title fees plus taxes since I might need to register the car on my own. Or they can just send me my tags that they have held hostage for over 6 months now
