I have emailed and called to cancel my membership since back in August of 2022. I can not seem to get them to stop it. I have told them I do not want to renew no one told me I would have to do a 30 day notice until the week of it renewing for another 2 yr contract. My contract was up 1/25/2023. I have emailed people to stop it I no longer live in canyon for me to have to drive to cancel it . I went up there three times the week before it was up and no was there to assist me. The hours were posted at the door and no one was there. I emailed corporate but they said I have to go up there to cancel it but no one seems to be up there. I am being harassed to pay the amount I do not want to pay because my contract was up 1/25/2023 and I refuse to pay after that date. I have let them know I will not pay but no one can give me a result to it ending. I get calls from their billing department almost every week I want it to stop. I also have emails to prove that I have contacted them to let them know I want to cancel my membership. Resolution Sought I would like to not pay after my contact ended for 1/25/2023 . I did not sign up for another contact but I'm still being hounded for money. I would like to stop being called for me to give them money.
