Signed a contract with anytime fitness for 3 years beginning in August 2020, contract should have ended August 2023 however I "paused" my account for 3 months which would put my ending date in November 2023. I called the club and 3rd party billing on November 4th and November 8th making it very clear to both that under no circumstances did I want to auto renew. They've yet to cancel my membership and continue charging me and adding late fees. The 3rd party billing is calling constantly and continued to call even after I told them to take me off their list and not contact me again. Now the club says they can't cancel until I have a zero balance and even then they'll still have to charge me for a month afterwards. Resolution Sought I'd like my bill and late fees of roughly $60 and whatever else they add on to be taken off and my account cancelled.

First, Kasey membership has been cancelled. Kasey also paid the late fees and balances The issue was Kasey had a late fee on her account and was not able to cancel her account or her auto renew until there was a zero balance. There is ALSO a 30 day period after cancellation that the member is responsible for. However if there is a negative balance. It will not be cancelled the member has to call and do the process all over again. Member is cancelled and should not be billed again.
