This gym will not let me cancel my subscription unless I pay the entirety of the two year plan or move 25 miles from a gym. I need to report them due to needing to cancel my subscription. I'm placing a stop payment if this isn't resolved. Resolution Sought Cancel My Membership.

Company states; This member signed a legally binding agreement on 01/02/2024, where she signed, agreed, and fully understood the terms and agreement lengths, as well as our cancellation policy. As the agreement states, she is bound by the contact for two years. She signed this agreement, and then tried to cancel prematurely as she purchased a house and can no longer afford her membership. This is absolutely no fault of our facility.
