May 24, 2021 I ordered 2 new springs from Ebay the same thickness, diameter and length, the same quality connected to my door. May 30, 2021, technician installed 2 new springs for $120. . June 7, 2021 the garage door broke because one of the two CABLES gave way because it was NOT installed right. The four sections of the door got twisted causing all hinges out of position from left to right. June 8, 2021 the technician about 1:30 pm came back to fix the problem but denied to touch the door!!!!! June 1, 2021 thinking that the door is already 16 years old I decided to go to Home Depot and ordered a new garage door which I will have to wait from 10 to 12 weeks after they measure my garage . When the technician found out that I ordered a new door he decided not to fix the door!! NOW, WHAT IS GOT TO DO WITH THEIR WARRANTY???? WHAT DID I DO WRONG??? NOBODY TOUCH OUR DOOR SINCE IT BROKE. Resolution Sought I want them to come again and fix to a working condition while waiting for my new garage door. They have to fix or change the hinges because its their fault for not installing the cable right.

Thank you so much I have attached here the invoice. Please see the area "technician Evaluation" It states clearly, "homeowner purchased wrong size springs, advised against it, door is very heavy not balanced. Operator is being strained due to unbalanced door, cables are starting to twist and unravel" The customer declined having the correct springs installed instead or having cables replaced. We have gone to residence multiple times since then and explained exactly that
