Asked them to fix a brand new leaking toilet when flushed and they improperly sawed and replaced a brand new flang reset. And had a horrible experience phone call that ended by them saying that he's going to beat my ass, (threatened me). And in my opinion they are fraudulent and trying to target older people like my grandparents. Resolution Sought Return the money my Grandparents paid them and we won't ever bother them again.
