I purchased CBD Oil, 5 bottles, for 149.85 on October 27, 2022 via credit card. I contacted the customer service department on December 26. 2022 to request a refund because the product was unsatisfactory. The policy fir a requested refund is 120 days guaranteed, which was met. The agent told me her boss offered to refund 85 and keep the remaining bottles. I have my refusal in the email with customer service. Apetropics shipped to me without my approval 3 new bottles which I returned by UPS and two sealed bottles from the original order. I deserve a 100 refund per Apetropics policy and have not received it. Resolution Sought Give me a 100 refund per Apetropics policy guaranteed for 120 days.

Dear customer and BBB, I can see we in fact refunded the transaction from December charge when you had called in. I can see the original call and email was mentioned for the recent charge vs the original charge made in October. We have also issued that refund for you. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect.
