I purchased stocks for my children through a smaller subsidiary that shut down. When they did all open accounts were switched over to Apex. Because of the switch I did not have access to account info. I went through the steps detailed on their website to retrieve the information so that I can close the account multiple times and I have yet to receive any information from them. Resolution Sought I want them to give my account information so that I can close all of my accounts. I want any fees associated to be removed as i have been contacting them for several months.
