They never reimbursed my deposit, even though house was left in a clean and tidy manner. I rented a house from this company, gave them a 60 notice that I would not be renewing my lease on April 18th. My lease was up on June 30th. I notified the company that i had vacated premises on June 21 2023. I have been told that my deposit was reimbursed, it has not been, and now Manny(owner and founder) will not answer his phone or respond to emails. Resolution Sought I would like them to reimburse my deposit.
