Lied to me about details of the contract equipment isn't working Voice recorded message to business Can't talk to a person being told that the owner or your is the owner where your technicians are out for the next 3 months getting the run around not getting anything accomplished As far as getting this resolved can't talk to a person Resolution Sought Be able to talk to somebody about what I agreed to have somebody come and check the equipment and talk to me person to person

The customer purchased product from Apex Home Technology o Octobe 6 , 2021 in the amount of $14,347.00. She initially called in and emailed, Apex Home Technology. We issued an email response to her question regarding being "lied to" about financing terms. No other complaint was offered by Ms Thrasher Oblinger. Apex Home Technology email referred to Aqua Finance who goes over the loan details with her; including Aqua phone number for her complaint. We explained to her that at the time of the sale, Aqua Finance records all conversations while they go over the loan application and finance details of the promotional program chosen plus questions that the customer may have at that time. She esigned a completion of satisfactory of all the products purchased has been completed. Aqua Finance calls a second time to go over payments information like a due date after the esigned completion with any other questions that the customer may have. Aqua is very through going over loan details including applicates phone number and email address to make sure current and future correspondence between Aqua and Ms. Thrasher Oblinger are in place. We work with a 3rd party lender, Aqua Finance who finance home improvement products for our customers. We have limited knowledge what goes on between the customer and Aqua loans. We always give our information on the promotion which includes Est. payment, interest rate. The start date of the payments is discussed between Aqua Finance and the customer after the esigned completion of satisfactory. Our Sales contract reflects the finance and est payment on the contract. Apex Home Technology has Aqua Finance go over all details of the loan in full, so we do not speak on their behalf. We are NOT a finance company, and we never claim to be one. We have not heard from her since Apex Home Technology sent an email response. We considered the matter was closed.

1st of all I was lied to by the contractor that gave me the estimate on the said that he had worked for a payment or Apex Holmes it wasn't till after the fact that I contact Apex Holmes to find out that he was an independent contractor he told me that the interest was included in the price I never mentioned anything about being charged interest on the deferred payment When I Is called Apex Holmes numerous times only was the internit's only was answered by a recording so there's no chance that I could have called them within 3 days to cancel this contract I did not even get a call back until a week after I 1st contacted them I wanted to talk to the owner and Chase the person who came to discuss gas payment with me and was told that they were not gonna be back into the work until January January 2 months later I have been lied to and got the run around and nothing has been taken care of this I believe their business practices are wrong and deceptive And I would have never agreed to this had I known the truth
