I set up a scheduled movers with this company. They have failed to call me with any updates and now avoiding my calls. I call from a different number they answer, but from my phone they will not. I cannot speak to a manager because the sales reps will not allow me. They have cost me 4 days of work plus the deposit and a hotel. This is not right for companies to be able to take money and just disappear. My bank even said they withdrew money out in the form of a check but I never gave them a check. Resolution Sought To get my deposit back at least. If not the lost wages and lost hotel.

Per consumer states; Thank you for contacting me and informing me of the notice. They emailed me first thing yesterday morning directly saying they will refund my deposit. Thank you for the help and everything to protect customers. Thank you again I really appreciate it.
