I have been paying Apex Processing Company for more than a year. Since 1/26/2022, in the amount of $1,200.00 for debt relief of my student loan. With an additional charge of $350.00 for recertification. I feel I am a victim of consumer fraud. I'm looking to you for a refund for these charges. Thank you. Resolution Sought Report Apex and have them refund the funds I paid to them. Also, to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
