I was sold a service to help promote my buisness. I got cold feet after purchase and asked to cancel and get a refund . I was asked to just listen to their spill and if I still wanted a refund they would issue it immediately. We had an appointment for 2pm on 3/2026. I took off work to listen to what they were offering and they missed appointment. I have sent several messages and placed 2 calls with zero response. Company has several complaints. Resolution Sought Refund of 298.00.
