Customer Complaint

I signed up with ApnTech to help promote my new business. As of today I am waiting for an appointment that was scheduled New Year's Eve to Google Voice Verify my business. I have phoned, texted, responded to their social media. All I get is more monthly charges to my credit card with nothing from them. They are a two bit hustler. Imagine being a new business trying to launch and ApnTech destroys you financially and mentally before you start. Their reviews indicate I am one of many. You call them and the numbers don't work anymore, you email..no response. You get their 800 number, you get crickets. I want every dime they have stolen from me back. Google corporate needs to get involved to put these flakes out of business Resolution Sought I want a total refund of all the money they have stolen from me. There is no excuse for what they do to never others.

Company Response

2/28/2025

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the concerns raised by Ms. Weltch regarding their experience with apnTech. First and foremost, we apologize for the delay in responding, as we have recently moved offices. We take all customer feedback seriously and would like to clarify the services provided. Ms. Weltech enrolled in our Prime Listing Program, which ensures business information is syndicated across 82 online directories to improve visibility and accuracy. This program includes a monthly recurring charge of $199 until canceled. As of January 14, the account has been canceled, and no further charges have been applied. Regarding Business profile verification, this process is not a paid service under our program but rather a free feature offered by Google. Our team made multiple documented attempts to assist Ms. Weltch with completing the video verification process required by Google, including calls on December 31st, January 3rd, and January 11th. Unfortunately, we were unable to connect with the customer during these attempts. We understand the customer's frustration and regret any inconvenience they may have experienced. However, since the Prime Listings Program was successfully delivered, and as our terms indicate, we are unable to issue a refund. Nevertheless, we remain open to further discussing any concerns and assisting them with their online presence. If any additional information is required, we are happy to provide documentation regarding the services performed and communications attempted. Sincerely, apnTech

Customer Rebuttal

ApnTech should not be authorized by Google to offer voice search services to the public period. After getting burnt by them, I looked around at the BBB and noticed they had about 700 complaints. They obvious have a serious problem with the public in general besides me. They are also experts at this stage to snaking out their reality of how they mishandle their customers and the rebuttal to their crimes. I found huge promises of success only to find the only unsuccess I had was them billing my credit card for I am guessing 5k dollars. A perfect example, ApnTech made an appointment which I waited for all day New Year's Eve to help me fix things to work properly. No call, no fix. So now nothing works and my business died on the vine. I am so disgusted over it all, my business died before it had a chance to start. The talk a good game and run to the bank with their stolen funds. I have run across several other people like me that have similar stories. Why is Google still allowing these fools to operate. Should you need additional information, please respond. With the magnitude of complaints, why are they still in business. Does anyone not see a pattern with the massive amou
