I use Momentum security app which I pay for and cameras to protect my property and family. I have had issues since the beginning with this camera and reported it to them I get the same email, erase all rules etc. I e been burglarized 2 times and magically both times as well as a few hours everyday just go missing and that means someone's monitoring my cam since that's the only time it doesn't record iv requested a replacement camera and they want my receipt well it was turned in to my accountant with My taxes as a business write off they won't send a new cam or replace or find me for any valuables that were stolen or my years of subscription money it's a shady company with no morals and no backbone cowards. Resolution Sought I would like any of the $25000 in belongings that were stolen or all my subscription money refunded/ a new cam including lifetime subscription paid for..
