The power company cut down over a dozen pine trees and a couple apple trees on my property. The agreement was to cut the trees at ground level and the wood into firewood size pieces to burn in a wood stove. They did neither of these, left large pieces of trees and did not cut any ground level. I'm a 78 year old woman who is caregiver to my husband with Alzheimer's. This is not acceptable to me or my neighbors. I have always done my best to keep my property neat and tidy . I want this completed, trees removed , I am not burning pine in my home. Trees cut level with the ground, they have destroyed my privacy and I want to have a fence put up which is impossible with the mess they left. Please help me resolve this situation it is causing a lot of distress. Thank you Resolution Sought Remove the cut up trees they left and cut the stumps to ground level

We have power all the time the power is never back on in under 4 hour. On June 14 our lights went out and we were without power for 20 hour and on June the 15 it went off again around 5.oclock on was said to be on by no later than .9 that came and went still no light and was told it would be 2.in the morning we lost food in fridge and freezer and have to replace a router for our dish receiver. I think a company would do a little better for the price I pay that you could get them back on faster than that or you have blind and untrained people working for you and when I get my bill I had better not be charged for power When I Never Had Any. Resolution Sought Get the power on faster even if they have to hire more people. It was not even raining when they went off the sun was out not a cloud in the sky
