I purchase from Apple web and did a pick up and trade in for the Att trade in credit, I pay for part of the phone and I should be getting trade in credit at Att. However Att say they never received the phone or info from Apple and that is an Apple issues that they should give me the credit for Att or a full refund value. And that Apple keep telling me to talk to Att and they can't do anything. And this is back in September Resolution Sought I would like them to give me the 1100 credit toward my Att installment or a full value of 1100 cash refund so I can pay it toward the installment

Made an appointment for February 4 to attend the Apple Store located at the Galleria Mall here in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The reason for attending the store was to return. My defective beats headset for a replacement since I had a warranty with AppleCare. The headset was reviewed by the associate. He had taken a picture and put the serial number of the device and advise me that it would be no cost and then I should receive my new replacement headset within the next seven days here we are now on today's date, which is February 17 I still have not yet received my headset. I checked the status and Apple received the beats on February 6 which in fact I visited the store on February 4 which it took them two days to receive the defected headphones now at this time I am extremely upset with Apple and this will be the last time I purchased their products because I am very Dissatisfied. They have taken an extreme long time to take care of this matter. I had higher expectations from Apple, not knowing I was going to be in a delay, such as this. It has now been over 14 business days and yet still no reply no email no update. No response. I tried contacting AppleCare customer service but it's not the best they give you misleading information and no one seems to know accurate information representing Apple. This is the ticket number ID: R684712510 Resolution Sought Since it has surpassed the amount of days for me to receive my headphones, I am requesting to receive not only the headphones, but a refund of $129 for my troubles. This has caused a major delay with what I need to do business wise, I needed these headphones to use for my podcast. I have over 35,000 followers that I engage with online. I am a content creator and this is absurd. I need Apple to fix this right away or else we will have trouble immediately.
