I recently took my phone to Geek Squad who deal's with apple products and consumers and I was informed that I would receive a new phone due to my phones battery unexpectedly being swollen and after applying the update my phone stopped working properly. The Apple company informed the geek squad that I would have to send the phone in and they would replace my phone with a new phone using the warranty I still have in affect until January of 2026. They all of a sudden are returning my phone saying they can't fix it and I have to pay for the repair because my warranty doesn't cover it which it should because otherwise what did I pay $700 for if I couldn't get a replacement on a device that malfunctioned through no fault of my own. Apple is what is wrong with America it is the greed behind them wanting to be the richest company in the world but they are screwing over the consumers Resolution Sought I would like the replacement I was promised

Purchased apple gift card through dollar general store when went to redeem gift card was told transaction declined contacted apple and was told it is my problem and will not refund money have declined gift card and receipt which was sent to apple when contacted them about the refusal and my refund was told their decision was final and take them to small claims court want my $50 returned and any other amount that can claim for stress the money is large amount for them to deny Resolution Sought Want refund and any other amount for stress
