I tried a free trial in my apple App Store which was for 3 days, but after I cancelled the subscription the very next day I noticed I was charged for the subscription anyway. I contacted apple support immediately to request a refund because I do not want the subscription but it seems I'm being forced to keep and I am only being told I am not eligible for a refund and the decision is final with no real explanation. I do not want to subscription and have also reached out to developer of the app with no response to my email. There is no telephone number to contact the developer only contact seems to be is email. Resolution Sought Cancel the subscription immediately and refund me my money back. The app is not useful to me and I would like a refund.

My apple ID was compromised and money was taken from my account in the $240.00 on 6/16 by an unkown individual Resolution Sought refund my $240.00
