Yes Apple.com/internet Company got ahold of my credit card information and made unrecognized charges to my account. I called the customer care number which (866)712-7753. I do not have an apple account so why would I go on their site and open up account to dispute the charge. You can never speak to a petson. Red Flag! I got a new debit card and somehow they got my new number and started charging my checking account again!! This company is a scam stay away from them. Resolution Sought I want my money back. Stay away from my debit card too!!

I purchased an Apply16 Pro two months ago and have been having continuous problems with poor connection and dropped calls since purchasing. Now my calls are going straight to voicemail. Resolution Sought Switch phone since change of AT&T ESIM card did not work nor could Geek Squad fix the problem.
