my debit card number was stolen and used on Apple website to purchase Roblox 16 times. I contacted my bank and they did a fraud investigation. Apple told them they were my purchases. I asked for proof and after 7 calls to Chase bank I got paperwork showing that the apple account that used my card was not mine. Apple refused to refund even though they verified and shut down the persons apple account because they said too much time passed. I called Apple and Chase as soon as it appeared on my bank card. Resolution Sought I would like my refund since I did not purchase this. The account that stole my info with apple is [email protected]
