Apple refuse to let me access my purchases or download any free applications due to the fact I haven't update my payment information by putting a credit card or debit card on file due to apple repeatedly trying to take money from it. I prefer to utilize apple gift cards being I'm on a fixed income with two special needs children I am raising alone. Resolution Sought Reimburse me on all my purchase if I'm not allowed to access my previous purchases or download any free applications. Preferably I would wish apple to change it's policies on downloading free applications or accessing previous purchases.

This marks the third occasion on which apple.com has treated me in this manner. I download the app. It indicates a free-3 day trial, but upon clicking, I am charged for a full year at regular price . In the past I have disputed other App companies with Apple (3 times) and each time my claim has been denied. Just yesterday, I downloaded the Chatbot AI app. They advertised a three-day free trial, yet as soon as I clicked, I was charged for one year. I did not even utilize their service. Resolution Sought I am formally requesting a complete refund, as well as reimbursement for all previous instances where my requests were denied. I hope to prevent this from causing further harm to others; your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
