Help support their product. Especially to us old people.

Bought Apple phone. Us old people needed help. They refused to help us. We bought their products but no support. Bad for us that they do not care.

I want them to stop asking for passwords when they already recognized them.

This company is denying me the use of my I-pod, which I paid in full. I spent an afternoon and evening getting new passwords for my WiFi, ( the company changed hands and went back to the original without telling me) , my Yahoo account and my Outlook account. I input all and everything was fine. That was last Thursday. Today they asked me to put them in again. They were rejected. This has happened many times. I can't get my mail because one part of the company doesn't recognize what the other part is doing. I wrote down my passwords. I made no mistake. It is very frustrating and I would say, abusive, because it happens so often. They are not protecting my information. They are harassing me, maybe because I take care of my electronics and won't be tricked into buying a new one. If they want to update once a year, that's OK.but not after only four days of use.
