Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I called Apple One Staffing because I was told that I have employment with apple one and I do not so I called apple one to ask if if they needed an update of for my W-2 forms or something so I can find out about my social security number being used with them which I am not employed and the lady at Apple One was very rude to me making it seem like I was the problem and not trying to help me whatsoever I found out my social security number is being used with by Apple One because they have a person using my social security number. Resolution Sought Address complaint. I would like them to press charges on the person using my social security number because I am going to press charges on Apple one for not helping me figure out this issue and not verifying correctly if this social security number is that person's.
