Called for a repair on September 19,2022. Technician came out and diagnosed the problem. Estimate for the repair was $275.00 for parts plus labor. Required the $275.00 so that the part could be ordered and installed the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and no technician came to my house. Numerous calls (voice boxes not set-up or full) still no repair. Finally talked to owner Ronnie Griffin. He said part was ordered from Denver and would arrive in a week. A week later, no part and no technician, when you reach someone they hang up on you or make promises that are not kept. It is October 31, 2022, I was promised a refund and strung along with no refund issued. DO NOT do business with these guys. They are scam artists. Resolution Sought Issue my refund. Quit scamming customers

They are liars sell u wrong parts always cash or credit card they don't return calls highly overpriced takes 2 or 3 weeks to order right parts never same person comes back to fix repairs I have spent over 700.00 dollars had to have other repair service to fix their screw up they r very unprofessional and deserve to be investigated Resolution Sought I want reimbursed for the money I had to pay to get my problems fixed and time and aggravation
