Luling and Lockhart, please get the word out. This guy is a crook!!! Warning! A man by the name of Robert Sandoval and his wife Crystal S Barrera (may go by Sadnoval) with "Appliance Service" and who is listed on a Google search for Luling area responded to a request to my home today where he cleaned out my filter and got my machine working better. There was absolutely no discussion of a large service fee or pricing. After he finished (maybe 30 minutes max) he sent his wife to tell me the minimum charge is $450 to service a front loader and $189 trip charge coming from San Antonio! He is listed on google as Luling and never talked about this. After texting him, he said he would refund but no way to do that. Be aware, this man is charging exorbitated prices and does not discuss up front!!!! I didn't know what to do! I told them this was outrageous! Phone number is on the top of the invoice. The number on google is a "burner" phone" Please share if you live in Luling/Lockhart. He drives a big black truck and as I am finding out, he has done this to others in Lockhart! He has 2 numbers, 1 he collects payment from.and the other is his Google/burner phone. Google 210-646-1074 Payment is the one on the invoice Resolution Sought Partial refund for fair price. He said he would but I do not trust he will.
