Consumer states; I purchased a refrigerator in early January. A few weeks ago the freezer stopped working, it gets cold, but doesn't freeze. Also, the light inside and the control panel on the outside are not functioning. I am requesting a repair technician to come and repair the fridge; the refrigerator comes with a warranty of parts and labor. I have reached out to my sales rep several times by text and have received no response. Resolution Sought Consumer states; Please contact me at the number above to coordinate an appointment.
