Have been dealing with these people for months. They came and "repaired" our Samsung ice maker, and it didn't work. We paid 300 dollars more fur a new ice maker. The tray inside was cracked, and the "new" ice maker still didn't work. They came out yet again with another ice maker replacement a month ago and it's still not working. Made another appt over two weeks ago that wax supposed to happen yesterday and the tech never showed/ never called. I called the call center and they said they would find out why he never showed. No call back from them yet, so I phoned again today and now nobody is picking up. Resolution Sought Refund so I can hire a competent technician AND responsive company.

The issue of the ND error message is not resolved. The technician did not do any assessment to confirm that the drain pump is the issue before suggesting to replace it because it is a "common issue". Immediately upon his changing the drain pump we sent a video and message that it was still not operating. Upon return the technician suggested purchasing a new drain pump. He did some abbreviated testing but could not repeat the error message. When speaking to Samsung Cares, we informed them early on that we desired a refund and were informed that we would receive an refund if the issue was not addressed. The technician did not follow up with us. We had to call several times before Samsung Cares contacted us and sent the technician back out for a third time. Upon his arrival he did no testing or diagnostics to identify the problem. We informed him that the error occurred when the machine completed a cycle. He then suggested that it could be the motherboard and suggested we repair it. He could not give us a price nor did he do any assessment to determine that this could be the issue. He also informed us that he was unable to tell what model the machine was in order to identify the estimated cost. We do not desire a partial refund, we would like a full refund because it is not confirmed that the drain pump was ever the initial issue. He replaced it without any diagnostic to confirm.
