The issue of the ND error message is not resolved. The technician did not do any assessment to confirm that the drain pump is the issue before suggesting to replace it because it is a "common issue". Immediately upon his changing the drain pump we sent a video and message that it was still not operating. Upon return the technician suggested purchasing a new drain pump. He did some abbreviated testing but could not repeat the error message. When speaking to Samsung Cares, we informed them early on that we desired a refund and were informed that we would receive an refund if the issue was not addressed. The technician did not follow up with us. We had to call several times before Samsung Cares contacted us and sent the technician back out for a third time. Upon his arrival he did no testing or diagnostics to identify the problem. We informed him that the error occurred when the machine completed a cycle. He then suggested that it could be the motherboard and suggested we repair it. He could not give us a price nor did he do any assessment to determine that this could be the issue. He also informed us that he was unable to tell what model the machine was in order to identify the estimated cost. We do not desire a partial refund, we would like a full refund because it is not confirmed that the drain pump was ever the initial issue. He replaced it without any diagnostic to confirm. I called GE Care about my leaking refrigerator. They sent a tech and the tech said I had a leaking valve and he needed to order the part. I wrote him a check and later the part came in, so he stopped by to install it. A week goes by and my refrigerator continues to leak. I texted him about it and he came back and said, "That's condensation." I said, "Ok, so fix it." He refused. I called GE Care and they said they would look into this, but they never did. After a week, I call and ask for status. They said, "The part is working. No refund." I paid with a check, so I can't dispute it with my credit card company. Resolution Sought Refund my money or replace my freezer door for free. Can I give the business negative stars?
