Customer Complaint

I moved into my apartment and was delivered my washer and dryer on July 31st. After washing my clothes I noticed they came out hot and looked behind the machine and saw the guy switched the hot and cold lines. When I called to complain, they said that wasn't their fault and they wouldn't send someone out to fix it so I had to ask my apartment building's maintenance team to come out and help me. Then after the second use of my washer, on Aug 16th, the machine died and will not turn on. I called again and they said they can't have anyone come out until Aug 25th which was ridiculous. I was home all day and no one showed up or called and then they blamed me and said I wasn't home to let them in. After 4 calls with different employees, they said they were rescheduling me for Sept 1st. As of today, Aug 28th they said they didn't have a ticket in for me and would put one in now for Sept 7th then had the nerve to charge my account today for the washer and dryer that I haven't been able to use. I've had to spend more money than the rental just going to the laundromat and they just laugh and say it's not their fault, it's the drivers. This is the worst customer service I have ever received with such little care for their customers. Resolution Sought Get me a new washer and refund my monthly rental payment as well as pay for my laundromat bills
