I bought a car from them and 5 days after I bought it I was having issues with an oil leak. I have taken it twice to them to have repairs done and nothing has been done. They took it to an actual dealership Volkswagen dealership and was told that in order for them to diagnose the problem it would cost them an estimate of two grand. Approved Auto refuse for Volkswagen to do any repairs picked up the vehicle and now I have a vehicle that does not run right. Approve Auto will not give me any paperwork related to repair records. Resolution Sought For Approved Auto to finish fixing my vehicle and supply me with all repair records or invoices.
