On January 15th, 2022 I received a heating oil delivery and the receipt showed 217.1 gallons, I was surprise since my tank showed it had above 3/8 ( Around 115 gls ). Doing the math, my thank fills with around 250 (7/8 ) meaning I needed 135 gallons only. Took pictures of the gauge before and after the the oil was pumped into the oil tank. It was only 33 days since your previous delivery ( also a surprise by being billed for 222 gallons). Having in mind the warm weather until last week it is impossible that my house would have used such an amount of oil. Besides, I installed a new roof, siding, sulation and cased all windows to make the house more energy efficient. I called approve oil right after the delivery to make the complain and I was told the gauge might be working improperly and I said to the customer representative it was working properly. Nonetheless, I was told Approve oil will send a tech to check it. The tech arrived at my house a few hours later and proceeded to evaluate the gauge and found it in very good working condition. In more than 12 years approve oil never delivery more than 198 gallons of oil and my oil tank was a little under the 1/4 mark. I would appreciate you give a high priority to my complain. I can be reached at my cell after 11 am any day of the week and also through my email. Resolution Sought All I want is to correct my past 2 oil deliveries and be billed for the correct amount. My delivery on December 13, 2021 was paid already.
