Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A associate for Aptive Came to my house explaining their contract and the process of taking care of my yard. It was incredibly deceptive process. I was told that there would only be 5 visits. As he explained the contract to me and I read it along I signed. But then when I received the email it was completely different from what I had signed. It says 9 visits for $150.00 but he explained it would only be 5 and then I could request them to come out for free but that they were not from Attleboro they were based out of Foxboro and I would have to call separately to have them come out or some nonsense. Then he asked me what time slot worked for me and I said morning 8am-10am But he checked a slot for 8 pm-10pm last night which I did not agree upon. Very shady tactics to get people to sign into a contract and take money. Really would like some help with this. Very upset with the way this business conducted. I also explained that I was not the owner of the property and I could t make those decisions and he gave me some lie about having a special contract for renters. But the owner of my property is now angry that i deceptively made this decision. Please help and investigate this company. I looked at the reviews and it appears that this business has done this a few times within the last 6 months. Resolution Sought I want a refund for everything because I have been lied to.
