I was able to cancel the home security but I still have the equipment from Aqua. The system is not working because the service from home security is disconnected. I called my previous company Brink and they stated that we already had home security why give me another acct that this is consider Fraud. When they came to my home they told my husband its an upgrade from what we had he thought it was from our company Brink, so now we have to pay for equipment that's not working. What can we do about this situation. Resolution Sought To help us to close aqua finance acct their number is 800 234-3663, we are still paying Brink n aqua finance what can we do.

Aqua Finance, Inc. is in receipt of the complaint filed by Mr. Rodriguez. We take these and all complaints seriously and have conducted a full investigation into his claims. We hope our response provides clarity and brings closure to this matter. We offer our findings below, On 8/18/2021 Mr. and Ms. Rodriguez signed into a loan agreement with Aqua Finance, Inc. to finance an alarm system in the amount of $3,500.00. A copy of this agreement can be provided upon request. On 8/20/2021 Ms. Rodriguez called into our office to conduct a verification call. During this call, Ms. Rodriguez agreed to the terms, said she had a copy of the contract and verified the work was complete. On 9/15/2021 Ms. Rodriguez called into our office and questioned if she should be paying Aqua Finance, Inc. We advised Ms. Rodriguez yes, Aqua Finance, Inc. supplied the financing for her loan. Ms. Rodriguez stated she signed up on our online billing portal and wondered why it stated there was a past due bill. We advised Ms. Rodriguez that the amount is not past due, simply the amount due for 9/22/2021. On 10/8/2021 Ms. Rodriguez called into our office and asked how she can cancel the contract. We explained to Ms. Rodriguez that it is past the 3 day right to cancel. We explained to Ms. Rodriguez that if she does get it removed, she will still be responsible for the remaining balance on the loan.
