I purchased a hot tub from them 776 Jernee Mill Road Unit 111 Sayreville, NJ 08872. I paid for it up front on June 13, 2022. It was not delivered until late in July. It was sent to the wrong location so i waited even longer. It is barely a year old. I contacted Buddy the man from whom I purchased it. He took my first call after an extensive time as you cannot leave a message because his answering service is always filed with calls. I used my daughters phone and when he didn't know the number he answered. he promised to send a technician 2 weeks ago. no one came. I am 88 years old and need the hot tub for therapy. I have not been able to use the hot tub since April 15, 2023 -Aqua Living Factory Outlet # Sayreville, NJ 08872 Resolution Sought Repair heating system on Hot Tub which tub they built
