Hired this guy Tony from Aquapro to install my irrigation system because other neighbors were using him. Showed up to my door with no shirt on with no contract, paperwork, explaining process, or invoice for costs. After the job left no receipt/invoice and left trash all over my yard and did not bury equipment well enough underground. Within a few days a neighbor and myself noticed our land was boggy and sinking and made attempts to contact. We attempted multiple times a week to both numbers provided on the card given to reach Tony with no response. Finally, after texting his cell phone telling him I would be contacting a lawyer did he finally respond. Tony stated he would come the next morning to check the leak and never showed. Texted him multiple times and 3 days later showed unannounced only to push a button on the irrigation system for a minute and say it wasn't leaking. He never checked the ground and told my husband rudely there was no leak. He then continued to rudely argue with my husband back and forth in front of my kids with no regard when my husband simply asked "how does he know there isn't a leak" and "why he didn't call us back promptly. " Tony was highly unprofessional from the start and now we are going to have to contact another irrigation installer to check out his work properly and fix anything that may be wrong. This will put us into more debt installing this system and all I am asking is the money back we will most likely need to pay to fix his work. Resolution Sought Give me the money back to have someone else fix his mistakes.
