Just moved into house and sent water sample in. I thought it was EPA, it wasn't. The above company came and did numerous tests describing how bad our water was. Unfortunately we believed all the tests and sale pitch. Tried returning products within 90 day warranty. Was told we'd have to pay restocking fee, but would still owe the finance company. Bad business practices. Basically too bad for us. Other customers have similar stories, paying for a product even though house burned down?! Resolution Sought Remove products and contact financing company for pay off fee. Has to be better than not being able to afford payment and sink financially.
