They demanded I pay the balance of 500.00 in cash B4 they start. They worked on it all day & it was dark B4 they finished. My driveway was ripped apart. They showed up with a truck carrying rock. This took place in Nov of 2023. I think it was just B4 Thanksgiving. My water bill tripled I paid $113, $184, $110, $82, $352(nov23) $267(Dec23). My line broke again in oct23. I called Aquarius & told them my situation, they told me 2 contact my insurance company. There were sink holes & my tree by my front porch was dyeing & will need 2B replaced. Aquarius denied me warranty on the repair. Now my water bill is $31, in dec23. My line was never repaired completely. My lowest water bill from nov22 to dec23 was $82. That was in April of 23. All the other months were over $100. A total from 12/22 to 11/23 a My bill is now $31. Finally the line was fixed, Chapmen did a great job. The whole line was replaced Something Aquarius should have done. Chapman did the whole job in 3 hours, where it took Aquarius all day. My bill should have been $32/monthly. I'm owed $754.00 for the over payments of my water bill. Resolution Sought Refund for the repair & overage of water consumption. I want $2954 + 200 for a new bush.
