Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I'm being harassed by the company and they won't give me any information. They have my identity. The alleged loan is past the statute of limitations, it is in the same time frame of an identity theft that I have reported, yet they said to give them $300 from my bank account or they will report it and to the bureaus and it will be $2200. Upon my response I was told to F--- myself by the supervisor named Lin. I've got the police report from the theft . They refused to send me a bill nor could I get the address. It's a scam and needs to be stopped Resolution Sought Dismiss the debt and quit harassment . Withdraw any credit bureau threats.
