I requested taxes services (personal, business, profit and lost, bookkeeping) from Aranda Accounting Group.in October 2020 (Liz Aranda and Jose Aranda), they never did until now. I paid $13,825, Aranda Acc. were taking the money every 15 days. They made so many excuses ( they went to vacation, sickness, very busy etc). Aranda Accounting, Liz Aranda requested more money from me, $6,300 extra. I was in shock, I can't focus, my brain felt exploded, I went to the doctor. I was doing a refinance my house and I lost 2.5 refinance because Aranda never did my taxes, Aranda keep my personal information and the workers too. She stole my information, personal, business, workers information. Resolution Sought Return my money, paid the Mortgage refinance, now is 3.5, I lost 1 point, fees for the IRS, my emotional distress, attorney fees.
