Affordable, playgrounds, bus to train, maintains outside property

Affordable, with nice playgrounds and sidewalks for walks, dogs, and kids who also ride their bikes on the property. Beautiful water feature with trees and area walkway apple trees that blossom every spring. Old buildings with small apartments per current standards, but amenities on property make up for it. Bus to train goes right past the complex. Local park district with tennis courts, large picnic area, and softball diamond within 4 blocks. Local library with good ebook and Zinio magazine collection. School buses stop at the apartment buildings.
