The apartments are filthy!

The apartments are filthy, the secrete secured doors are broken, the dryers are taking out money because they're broken. They're renting bedrooms that are closets, without real windows and closet space. No cleaning or maintenance available. Clean their property, Secure locked areas, Maintain the grounds, Fix all broken washing and drying machines.
