I live in Ormond Beach,FL. We just went through a hurricane the day before. I went to Arbys drive thru. I placed my order and went to the window. They took my debit card and paid for a meal. I took my bag and drink, and pulled in to the parking lot to check my order as I live on beach side and this was on the mainland side. It was not my order. I walked up to the window because the dining room was closed. I told the girl at the window this was not what I ordered. She did not understand what happened. She said"what do you want!" I said I want what I ordered. I never raised my voice. She said" I am getting very angry. "She closed the window and locked it. She opened the window , looked at her screen and said it's not paid for. I said well I paid for something. I looked at my receipt and it wasn't even what I ordered. I do not know what a cheddar cup is. She still could not figure out that she gave me the wrong order!I asked for a refund and I was told I could not get a refund. I asked who the manager was, and this girl said "I am baby" I asked for her name, her name is Jordan. I asked another girl at the window, because Jordan left the window who is the store manager, she said Ashley will be in at 10am tomorrow.I called the next day and spoke to Ashley. I told her I would be contacting the BBB and the city of Ormond Beach, I asked for my refund and Ashley said "mmm I'm not giving it to you because you threatened me. I did not threaten her. I said I will report this incident. Resolution Sought First I would like my refund! I would like Arbys to train potential management positioned people through a thorough training class on communication skills, and anger management on a professional level, i these are going to be put in management positions.This was unacceptable behavior from Both of these employees. I never raised my voice. I was treated very rude at the window and on the phone. Repeat the order at the window before charging and check the order before giving it to the customer!
