Where to start. ARC closed a claim three times, for three reasons in less than 2 hours. The agent did not listen, read or allow anything to stop them from closing as fast as possible. First two in under 2 minutes because the agent did not read the claim accurately and finally the third and each one was almost irrational reasons. i. ARC is a puppet 3rd party that isolates Amazon from the customers who have sustained property damage. Be nice to know those numbers settled to denied? Maybe later. Rating on NJ BBB is currently second to LAST of unaccredited businesses. Resolution Sought Amazon to be responsible and use real ethical claims management. Only two years ago they were forcing arbitration within Amazon so moving to ARC was just way of putting on another disguise.

My apologies for not responding. I cannot locate any complaint from your office. Mr. Alfredson filed a complaint with the BBB and I resolved the claim. Bottom line, this matter has been resolved.

This company lied and tried to avoid my claim for 3 months. A drunk Amazon driver did donuts and destroyed 1/2 acre of my landscaped yard and they don't care. As a result, we canceled 5 amazon prime memberships and sold all of our Amazon stock. I will make sure Amazon does not get any more business and I hope their stock continues to tank. The claimant has also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I sent an email to the claimant requesting he provide me with ARC file number and that I would review the claim upon receipt of that information. To date, the claimant has not responded. I send him a follow up email this morning and await his response.
